This also happened to my niece who also booked the Conrad. So basically got switched by their choice. When I arrived at the counter was told my reservation for the Conrad was actually at the Hilton but I did reserve the the Conrad through their website.
The check in was a nightmare with huge lines and little staff. The hotel itself is new, clean and has great amenities.
